Commercial Manager
Anthony Y. Egyiri is the Commercial Manager of VPL Concrete Ltd. Tony has an extensive record of driving successful campaigns and initiatives that deliver results; driving revenue growth and profitability.
Tony oversees all commercial operations of the business, supervising our sales and marketing team. He liaises between VPL Concrete Ltd and all third-party marketing and publicity agents. He also handles external communications for the firm.
Mr. Egyiri previously worked with Puma Energy Ghana as the Retail Manager. He also worked as Country Stock Manager for Puma Group, where he led and managed inventory for Puma Ghana, Blue Ocean Investments, Kpone Marine Service Ltd etc.
Tony holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Ghana Business School.
Ebow Kwegyir-Aggrey
Operations Manager
Ebow Kwegyir-Aggrey is Operations Manager for VPL Concrete Ltd, with over a decade of professional and practical experience in the precast concrete products and the RMC industry.
Ebow is directly responsible for all aspects of the firm’ RMC production, at the various plants’ (production) sites. He supervises a team of plant operators, plant mechanics and electricians, quality control experts, concrete mixer drivers, and pump operators.
He previously worked with Regimanuel Gray Ltd, Jelcem Ghana Ltd, BetonSA Ghana Ltd, MC-Bauchemie Ghana, Simcon Group, and Atlantic Concrete Products.
Ebow holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Technology & Management from KNUST and an HND in Building Technology from Takoradi Polytechnic.
Patricia Agyapong
Business Operations Manager
Patricia Agyapong serves as the Business Operations Manager at VPL Concrete Ltd., where she provides strategic and operational leadership across the company’s core business functions.
In her role, Patricia oversees the preparation of sales estimates, invoice generation, and cash office operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong financial controls. She is responsible for improving operational processes and systems to enhance productivity, reduce delays, and support smooth day-to-day operations.
Patricia coordinates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects, while also supporting procurement planning and effective vendor management. She plays a key role in developing, implementing, and monitoring operational policies, procedures, and internal controls that strengthen accountability and compliance across the organization.
Working in collaboration with the Transport Officer, Patricia ensures that the company’s fleet remains fully road-compliant at all times. She also reviews and approves Order, Production, and Delivery documentation to maintain operational discipline and service quality.
Through her leadership and attention to detail, Patricia contributes significantly to operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction at VPL Concrete Ltd.
